Last updated: 02/02/2026

Welcome to InviteJoy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InviteJoy website and services. By using InviteJoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About InviteJoy

InviteJoy is a simple, pay‑per‑use tool for creating and sharing digital event invitations. We do not provide user accounts, and we do not store invitation data in a database. All invite content is processed temporarily to generate your final output.

2. Using InviteJoy

You may use InviteJoy to create invitations for personal or business events. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

3. Payments

InviteJoy operates on a pay‑per‑use basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

We do not store or have access to your card details. Stripe may collect billing information as required to process your payment.

4. Refunds

Because InviteJoy provides a digital product that is delivered immediately after purchase, you agree that the service begins immediately and that you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds are not offered once an invite has been successfully generated, except where required by law (for example, if a technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving the product as described).

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or using your invite, please contact us and we will review the situation.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, templates, branding, and assets are owned by InviteJoy. You may use the generated invite for personal or business purposes, but you may not:

You retain ownership of the content you enter into an invite (e.g., event details, names, descriptions).

6. Data Processing & Privacy

InviteJoy processes only the data necessary to generate your invite and complete your payment. We do not store invite content after generation.

For full details on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep InviteJoy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

InviteJoy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of InviteJoy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
